Youtube Shout Out

So I just do my thing and I find myself appearing in videos I like the shout out and all but my subscribers don't go up at all you would think someone would be curious and sub I just think its a bit weird. So I saw the notification for this but I dismissed it because I'm subbed to almost 300 people and a large portion are people are fiends or people who upload little or none but I do watch when they do upload and the others are people who constantly upload and some upload at similar time basically I get flooded with YouTube notification so I dismiss them intending to watch later but Sometimes I don't get around to it so that's why I was late. But I watched this guy and saw this.
